Sign up to receive emergency notifications at PublicAlerts.org. The community notification system used in Portland and Multnomah County - FirstCall - can alert people by cell phone, text message, email address or landline phone (including VoIP). But residents first need to opt-in to the system by registering their contact information. The FirstCall directory currently contains most published landline phone numbers, but cannot contact residents by other means unless they register. To ensure your information is in the system, visit PublicAlerts.org and sign-up today.
